Rules for submitting digital images to
Watercolor Missouri National 2008

  1. MoWS will only accept digital images mailed on CD to the MoWS office, 1406 Kenwood, Fulton, MO 65251.
  2. Images on the CD must be in JPEG format, sized at 4" x 6" (Horizonals) or 6" x 4" (Verticals). Resolution should be 300 dpi. There should be nothing else on the CD except the one or two paintings being entered into the show.
  3. No digital retouching allowed.
  4. Crop images to show only the painting (no matts or frames).
  5. JPEG files must be titled INCLUDING the correct entry number corresponding with the entry form, plus title (for example, 1Seashell.jpg and 2Flower.jpg).
  6. Using permanent markers, clearly label on the front of the CD with the file names, plus the artist's name and correct entry number.
  7. The CD must be in a jewel case, and WILL NOT be returned whether the work is accepted or not.
  8. Please do not try to bypass the rules and email your entries to Laura King or Papa Tutt! No email submissions will be accepted.

    Digital submissions that do not follow this format will not be considered for acceptance into the show. No exceptions.
