Linda Wilmes is a free lance artist who lives and paints in Wentzville, Missouri, a rural area west of St. Louis, Missouri.

Linda has been painting for over 35 years, with over 800 pieces produced. The majority of her work resides in private and corporate collections throughout the United States.

She is very versatile in subject matter and medium, with her primary focus on acrylic and watercolor. Linda has also painted numerous wall murals, the most noteworthy being the half dome in St. Joseph Church, Wentzville, Missouri.

Linda is a self-taught artist, with many awards and accolades to her credit. She is a signature member of the St. Louis Watercolor Society. She is also an active member of the Missouri Watercolor Society, the Gateway Pastel Artists, the Lake St. Louis Artists Association, and an Art Section member of the St. Louis Artists Guild. She also conducts art lessons in drawing and painting.
